(Albion, NY – July 10, 2010) - At approximately 7:05 pm this evening, State Police in Pulaski responded to 1661 State Route 13 in the Town of Albion for a personal injury ATV accident.
Emergency responders located, 41 year-old, Patrick S. Monagan from 67 Boca Avenue in Rochester, NY laying on the ground next to an ATV and a tree. The investigation revealed that Monagan was northbound on a gravel driveway and lost control of the ATV and struck a large tree. He suffered severe head trauma and was not wearing a helmet.
