On 06/27/10, Thruway Troopers received report of the occupants of a panel truck shining a laser pointer at other drivers on the Thruway.
The vehicle was located, and the following occupants arrested: JOSEPH C. RIDGEWAY, age 23, of 23 Bridge St., Pulaski, NY, FREDERICK R SABINE, Jr., age 32, of 3 Chinook Lane, Altmar, NY, and BRIAN D. FARRELL, age 24, of 9 Broad St., Pulaski, NY.
RIDGEWAY was charged with a traffic infraction, SABINE and FARRELL were charged with Disorderly Conduct. All subjects were released to appear in the Town of Brutus court.
