On July 27, 2010 Robert L. Andocs, 38, of 156 Oswego St., Hannibal, NY was arrested by the New York State Police – Syracuse for Driving While Intoxicated, first –degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being stopped for erratic operation on the Thruway. Andocs was found to have a BAC of .06%; he was released to appear in the Town of Verona court on Aug. 3 at 5:30 pm.
